Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on snoutlab.in ("we", "us", "Snoutlab"), operated by Dobara Collective. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1.1 Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation (Sunday and public holidays excluded).

• You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is verified, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is handed to our courier partner.

1.2 Delivery Timeline

Metro cities: 3-5 business days from dispatch

Non-metro: 5-7 business days from dispatch

Timelines are estimates from the courier and can be affected by weather (especially monsoon season), regional holidays, or courier disruptions outside our control — we'll keep you updated by email/SMS if a delay comes up. 

1.3 Shipping Charges

•      Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹799.

•      Orders below ₹799 are charged a flat shipping fee of [₹65], shown at checkout before payment.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Snoutlab account or visiting [Track Order] on our website.

1.5 Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

•      If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it's lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected/actual delivery date.

•      For shipments significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out to us @ customercare@snoutlab.in (or via [Instagram DM / WhatsApp - 9073159978) and share your order details. We'll follow up with the courier partner on your behalf.
